A: Our pro-grade golf simulator bays rent for $40 per hour and are located in our private downstairs lounge. Each bay features tour-grade shot tracking, interactive game modes, legendary worldwide courses, and full in-bay food and beverage service.
A: Yes! Simulator guests get full-service ordering delivered straight to their bay. You can order from both Utopian Tailgate’s tailgate menu (gourmet sliders, wings, walking tacos) and Professor Pizza’s full menu of award-winning tavern-style pies and fresh salads.
A: Absolutely. Our simulator lounge is one of Old Town Chicago’s top interactive event spaces. You can add simulator hours to any private event package or rent out the entire downstairs lounge for corporate happy hours, VIP game day watch parties, or birthday celebrations with buffet catering and bar packages.
A: Not at all! We provide complimentary quality club sets for righties, lefties, men, and women. If you prefer to swing your personal set, you are more than welcome to bring clean clubs.
A: No—we are an all-in-one high-energy party venue and rooftop destination! While our downstairs lounge features two pro-grade golf simulators, the rest of the venue offers giant beer pong, bags, foosball, interactive lawn games, craft cocktails, skyline views, and award-winning dining.
A: Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 8 hours’ notice—including same-day bookings—will incur a 75% cancellation fee of the total reservation cost. Additionally, if you choose to shorten your reserved time upon arrival, a 75% cancellation fee applies to the adjusted time.
A: Walk-ins are always welcome based on bay availability! However, because we feature two pro-grade simulators, we highly recommend booking in advance online to guarantee your time, especially on weekends and game days. Just ask a manager if they can get you set up with a golf bay downtairs.
A: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to check in. Lost time past your reserved start time is non-refundable. If running behind, please call us immediately at 312.471.0400. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, we reserve the right to release your reservation without a refund.
A: Yes. Before entering the simulator bay, all guests must agree to our safety and liability waiver, acknowledging responsibility for any damage done to our equipment during the session.
