A $50 non-refundable deposit will be required to book your tent. This deposit will be applied to your final bill. We will not grant a refund for your reservation cancellation.

One tent reservation is good for 6-10 guests. Please do not book more than one same-day reservation for your party to allow others to experience Camp Utopia.

All tents will have heaters, but it's flippin' cold out! Dress accordingly and don't bitch about it - You're in Chicago.

The tents will be closed…but we have our eyes on you. Don’t pull anything that will get you kicked out - That’s not much fun.
